1.Theteacher will use the teaching materials provided by the employer and will develop appropriate lesson plans. The teacher should conscientiously apply this teaching plan to ensure a high-quality education.
2.Planning English study schedule and keeping an eye on process of study
3.Taking part in regular teaching activities to improve academic skills and teaching skills
4.Carry out with other members of the teaching staff some events including demo lessons and activities that may include parents.
5.Prepare the learning environment for children to learn through active exploration and interaction with adult caregivers.
6.Respond quickly to children’s different personal needs, temperament styles, abilities, and cultures.
7.Perform additional duties as assigned by the principal.
8.The foreign teacher will allow time for professional development,discussions, and evaluation of the teaching skills, and teaching effects with the employer
1.English native speaker
2.Bachelor's degree or above
3.BA in Early Childhood Education, TEFL or related fields, would be a huge plus
4. At least one year's Experience and strong passion in teaching English for young children
5.Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
