College Counselor

1. Educating students and parents about colleges, the college admissions process, trends, procedures, and testing

2. Meeting with university admissions representatives and facilitating meetings between college representatives and our students.

3. Serves as a liaison with University admissions offices throughout the year.

4. Gathering information from parents, teachers, school records, and students themselves and writing an official school recommendation for each senior.

5. Keeping track of admission decisions, statistics, and making a report to the Board. 

6. Acting as lead advisor to the senior class as a whole and advising seniors each year, providing academic and personal counselling.

Bachelor degree or above

A recognized teacher license / certificate on University Counseling

At least 2 years of relevant experience in school(s) as a full time counselor

Native level fluency in English
