Description

1.Organize and guide the implementation of the teaching curriculum system, set high standards in school philosophy, operation management, teaching quality and on campus culture, and promote the implementation.

2.Make sure the safety work get into all aspects of students daily life in school, including the safety of facilities and equipment as well as students' activities and organize and carry out systematic safety education and drills in the school, and formed an emergency response machine for emergencies.

3.Strengthen teacher character education, organize and promote teacher training and professional development according to the requirements of the education company, guide and maintain the learning atmosphere and positive cultural values in the school.

4.Organize and carry out the communication work with parents, coordinate the relationship between families and school to create the interaction, and jointly promote the healthy growth of students.

5.Participate in the overall planning of school classrooms, equipment, gardening, teaching material, etc., to provide suggestions for the preparatory and construction of school base on the experience and connection.

6.Formulate and complete enrollment plan.

7.Implement school development plan, annual plan and budget

8.Responsible for the recruitment, management and development of teachers, improve the human resources management system, and set high standard for staff performance

9.Maintain school education and teaching resources, cooperate with Chinese and foreign education teams, and control the quality of teaching and research.

10.Study and introduce the frontier educational and teaching achievements in the field of international education, so as to promote the overall improvement of school education and teaching effect.

11.Strengthen cooperation and form partnerships with parents, other governmentdepartments,community groups,industry and business.

 

Requirements

1.Under 55 years old,Master degree or above,over five years curriculum design IPC management experience preferred.

2.At least 10-year experience in international schools or the relevant, including 5 years of teaching management experience.

3.Excellent organizational and management abilities, creative and innovative abilities, expanding abilities, and decision-making, planning and execution abilities.

4.Understand western culture and education system, with cross-cultural communication skills.

5.High sense of responsibility and anti-pressure ability, able to handle emergency incidents properly

6.Experience in setting up new school will be well regarded.
