Under the leadership of Academic Principal, the Athletic Director will cooperate with the Faculty, SAO, and other Administration functions to promote:
The AD is responsible for establishing the safety standards for gym and club activities.
Establish safety system: The AD is responsible for an necessary trainings for students and teachers participating in club or sport.
Physical education curriculum and teaching management
Set up the curriculum framework and make the curriculum planning. Responsible for the planning and implementation of teaching facilities. Ensure the safety, quality of all P.E activities.
The AD is responsible for supervise other P.E teachers and their classes. Set up and train the P.E teachers, reserve their own teaching team.
Communication between departments
If the activity involves other departments, it is necessary to inform the relevant departments 2-4 weeks in advance.
Clear division of tasks, teamwork
Coordinate with related personel and departments regarding the activity. Make sure everyone has a clear duty in each activity such as Sports day or any Sports events, and they need to be actively completed, but not limited to their own work, and the ultimate goal is to let the event successfully.
